Student Counselor (Full time)

• Drive Conversions:

  Convert qualified inbound leads to paid enrollments via phone, WhatsApp, email, and video; own the funnel from first touch to payment.

• Own Onboarding:

  Guide students through documents, timelines, and milestones; coordinate handoffs with operations through the visa stage.

• CRM Excellence:

  Work in PipeDrive (or similar) with rigorous pipeline hygiene, activity logging, saved views/segments, sequences, and weekly reporting.

• Partner Outreach:

  Run targeted outbound to local agencies.

• Educate & Guide:

  Explain pathways, timelines, and expectations; handle objections on fees, fit, and safety.

• Hit Targets:

  Meet or exceed monthly conversion and collection goals.

• Report Progress:

  Publish weekly dashboards (response times, attempts, connects, show-ups, conversion, revenue collected).

• Maintain Integrity:

  Engage only consented leads; keep records accurate and complete.

• Experience:

  3–6+ years in study-abroad/education services sales

  for the Indian market

  with consistent conversions.

• Track Record:

  Clear success closing paid enrollments and meeting monthly targets.

• CRM Proficiency:

  PipeDrive preferred

• Tech-Savvy:

  Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets; comfortable with call recording/QA.

• Communication:

  Strong English and Hindi; other Indian languages are a plus.

• Data-Driven:

  Command of funnel math (attempts, connects, show-ups, close rate, collection rate).
