Job Role: Student Counselor
Location: Hyderabad / Remote
Industry: EdTech & Professional Training
Responsibilities:
Counsel students on courses, career paths, and growth opportunities.
Explain program benefits and convert inquiries into admissions
Handle inbound and outbound student calls/messages.
Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential candidates.
Coordinate demo sessions, interviews, and onboarding processes.
Support marketing & outreach activities when needed.
Requirements:
Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
Ability to understand student requirements and suggest solutions.
Prior counseling or sales experience preferred.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
