• lsHandle WhatsApp & CRM conversations professional
• lySchedule and conduct telephonic/video consultations with interested candidat
• esMaintain records of conversations and follow-up outcom

🏫 College Outreach & Seminar Planni

• ngVisit commerce and business colleges across Kolka
• taPitch and arrange CMA orientation seminars and webina
• rsBuild partnerships with placement cells, commerce departments, and student clu
• bsCoordinate logistics, communication, and support on seminar da
• ysRepresent SMA Institute in a professional and credible mann

🔍 Ideal Candidat

• e:0–2 years of experience in counselling, sales, or education marketi
• ngGood communication (English + Hindi/Bengali) and persuasion skil
• lsComfortable making 80–100 calls per d
• ayWillingness to travel locally for college visi
