Role: Student Counsellor & Outreach Associate

We’re looking for a proactive and energetic team member who will take charge of two key functions:

1. Calling & Conversion of Leads

2. College Outreach & Seminar Coordination

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counselling & Conversion

• Call and follow up with prospective students from our leads database
• Explain the benefits and structure of the CMA US program
• Counsel students and parents about career outcomes and course details
• Handle WhatsApp & CRM conversations professionally
• Schedule and conduct telephonic/video consultations with interested candidates
• Maintain records of conversations and follow-up outcomes

College Outreach & Seminar Planning

• Visit commerce and business colleges across Kolkata
• Pitch and arrange CMA orientation seminars and webinars
• Build partnerships with placement cells, commerce departments, and student clubs
• Coordinate logistics, communication, and support on seminar days
• Represent SMA Institute in a professional and credible manner

Ideal Candidate:

• 0–2 years of experience in counselling, sales, or education marketing
• Good communication (English + Hindi/Bengali) and persuasion skills
• Comfortable making 30–40 calls per day
• Willingness to travel locally for college visits
• Positive attitude, target-driven, and eager to grow
