Student Ambassador (Part-Time, Remote + On-Campus)

Location: Delhi NCR, India 

Duration: 1 Semester (with the opportunity to extend) 

Compensation: Up to ₹25,000/month + Bonuses + MacBook Air + LOR 

About YELL

YELL is India’s most hands-on startup bootcamp for students ages. Unlike other 

programs, you don't just learn—you build. Over four weeks, participants will ideate, source, 

brand, and sell their own products both online and offline, all supported by expert mentorship 

and real-world exposure.

The Role

We are hiring energetic and well-connected college students to become Student Ambassadors 

for YELL on their campuses. As an ambassador, you will play a critical role in shaping India's 

next generation of founders by driving awareness, sign-ups, and entrepreneurial conversations 

among your peers. 

What You'll Be Doing:

● Recruit students for YELL, aiming for at least 10 new conversions per month. 

● Promote the bootcamp through college events, societies, and social media. 

● Host YELL info sessions and assist students with the onboarding process. 

● Drive community engagement and support local marketing efforts. 

What You'll Earn

● ₹25,000/month as a standard reward for consistent performance (10 converted leads 

per month). 

● ₹5,000/month base survival incentive for minimum effort (2 conversions & 100 social 

media followers). 

● MacBook Air guaranteed for consistent high performance or recruiting a large batch of 

students (30). 

● A Letter of Recommendation (LOR) from a Startup India-recognized company. 

● Early access to internships, networking events, and startup collaborations. 

Note: All compensation and rewards are valid only upon the successful fulfillment of tasks as 

outlined in the work contract. 

Who We're Looking For

● Students currently enrolled in a college, university, or other educational 

institute in the NCR. 

● Excellent communication and a strong campus presence. 

● Active on Instagram/LinkedIn or well-connected within student networks. 

● A self-driven, entrepreneurial, and ambitious mindset. 

Time Commitment & Important Details

● Time Commitment: Approximately 4-6 hours per week (flexible, remote + 

campus-based). 

● Performance Updates: You will submit monthly performance updates to continue in the 

program.
