Position - Structural Engineer

Location-Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and analysis for signage, façades, and custom architectural structures.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to develop safe, cost-effective solutions.
• Review project specifications and ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and company standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and material assessments.
• Support production and installation teams with technical guidance during execution.
• Perform structural inspections and provide recommendations for modifications when required.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends, software tools, and engineering innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience (4-5 years) as a Structural Engineer, preferably in signage, façades, or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Tekla, etc.).
• Good understanding of steel, aluminum, and composite material structures.
• Familiarity with international building codes and standards (Eurocodes, IS Codes, AISC, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
