Structural Engineer

Major Responsibilities:

• Originate and check complex structural engineering deliverables, such as steel and concrete design calculations, specifications, material requisitions.
• Reviews designs and coordinates with technical department regards to design. Peruse the documents with/from other designers in discipline of engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Prepare technical reports related to specific design issues.
• Manage specifically assigned project activities.
• Assist in constructability reviews.
• Support construction of plant at client site
• Act as a mentor or coach for subordinate engineers and designers.
• Schedule and coordinate off-project review requirements for engineering deliverables
• Lead and/or participate in technical discussions with client, suppliers, construction, etc.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Requires a Master's degree in structural/civil engineering 3-5 years of relevant experience
