Job Purpose Provides engineering support and solutions as part of a SSE project taskforce, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction. Job Description Perform structural design, analysis, and produce design reports. Collaborate with subsystems to ensure communication of design requirements and project tasks. Ensure technical compliance, quality, and on-time delivery of deliverables. Interface with designers and engineers for quality assurance of structural drawings. Attend project meetings and interface with clients, providing timely updates and recommendations. Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers and designers. Drive innovative solutions for subsea structures to improve efficiency. Demonstrate commitment to safety and quality initiatives. Follow TechnipFMC processes, relevant work instructions, design guidelines, industry standards, and best work practices You Are Meant For This Job If Bachelor of Engineering / Technology degree in civil, mechanical, or any other relevant engineering discipline. Min. 2yr of experience in the Oil & Gas domain. Experience in supporting engineering for subsea projects constrained by safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements. Experience in reviewing engineering designs, calculations, drawings and interpreting FEA/ structural analysis results. Strong knowledge of engineering discipline and physical modeling techniques (solid mechanics, strength of material, fluid dynamics). Knowledge in offshore structures, lifting studies, and sea transportation studies. Experience with ASME, API, NORSOK, and DNV Codes and Standards for subsea equipment design and manufacturing. Knowledge in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and experience with ANSYS / Abaqus software is advantageous. Ability to manage engineering projects within schedule and budget constraints.
