Minimum Qualification
BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING (BE)
BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY (BTECH)
MASTER OF TECHNOLOGY (MTECH)
Lead structural design activities including analysis, modeling, and detailing. Ensure integration with architectural and MEP systems and resolve structural interface issues during design and execution.
Team Leadership and Delegation, Attention to Detail and Quality Focus, Planning and Coordination, Communication and Conflict Resolution, Integrity and Accountability.
Work closely with internal teams, including Planning, EDRC, Procurement, and Execution, to integrate construction methods with design, scheduling, and procurement plans. Ensure smooth communication flow and alignment on construction strategies across all functions and stakeholders.
Ensure execution is as per approved shop drawings, method statements, mock-ups, and quality standards.
Work closely with internal teams, including Planning, EDRC, Procurement, and Execution, to integrate construction methods with design, scheduling, and procurement plans. Ensure smooth communication flow and alignment on construction strategies across all functions and stakeholders.
