Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

  structural analysis and design

  for buildings and infrastructure projects in compliance with international standards (e.g., BS, Eurocode, ACI, ASCE).
• Develop and review

  design calculations, models, drawings, and reports

  .
• Work collaboratively with

  architects, MEP, and geotechnical teams

  for integrated design solutions.
• Coordinate with

  global design offices and international clients

  for design deliverables and quality assurance.
• Review and validate

  structural drawings, GA plans, and reinforcement detailing

  .
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide

  technical guidance and mentoring

  to junior engineers.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in

  STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, Revit Structure

  , and relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of

  international codes

  (BS, Eurocode, ACI, ASCE, etc.) and

  Indian Standards

  .
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for working on

  global design projects

  .
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in

  high-rise, commercial, industrial, or data center projects

  with international clients.
• Prior work experience with

  multinational design consultancy firms

  will be an added advantage.
