Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of structural systems that ensure the safety, reliability, and functionality of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze structural components using engineering software and hand calculations.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop cost-effective and sustainable design solutions.
• Perform structural analysis using software like STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocode) and safety regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and provide technical guidance.
• Revise designs based on feedback, client requirements, or field conditions.
• Estimate material quantities, costs, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project deliverables and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification (or in progress).
• 3–7 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
• Proficiency in structural design software and AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools.
• Strong understanding of structural theory and materials (concrete, steel, timber, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with seismic or wind load design.
• Familiarity with sustainability and green building practices.
• Project management experience or training.
• Knowledge of construction methods and project lifecycle.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
