Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for structural elements using Revit and Navisworks.
• Produce high-quality structural drawings, including plans, sections, and details.
• Coordinate and integrate structural models with architectural and MEP models.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
• Maintain compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Support the engineering team during all phases of the design and construction process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Structural BIM modeling.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction methods.
• Experience with

  precast concrete,rebar &

  steel structures

  is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and BIM execution plans.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
