Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Structural BIM Modeler. The Structural BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining BIM models, producing construction drawings, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring accurate architectural and MEP integrations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture
• Experience as a Modeler in construction projects
• Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Skills in producing construction drawings
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with design and construction documentation support is a plus
