JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Structural BIM Modeler with 2+ years of experience to develop accurate BIM and shop drawings, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with international project standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop detailed BIM models and preparation of structural layout drawings for steel components in Revit.

The candidate should possess a strong understanding of sheet creation within BIM workflows, including the ability to organize, set up, and manage drawing sheets for structural models

Coordinate with architects, MEP, and other disciplines for clash detection and seamless model integration.

Organize files, backups, and ensure rigorous change documentation and file management.

Communicate effectively with teammates, leaders, and project managers for successful project delivery.

Revise drawings based on markups, design changes, or site feedback while maintaining version history and accuracy.

Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure compliance with project documentation standards.

TECHNICAL / MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD for structural modelling and drawing production.

Knowledge in working on CDE/BIM360

Experience with BIM coordination, interdisciplinary clash detection, and documentation.

Knowledge of fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and task prioritization skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
