Role & responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the Real Estate sector. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry. Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term objectives and goals for the organization. Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and projects. Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities in alignment with the company's objectives. Monitor and assess the competitive landscape to ensure the company's competitive position. Prepare and present strategic recommendations to the executive team and key stakeholders. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes and operations. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Project management skills Non-Negotiable Skills: Minimum 7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful strategic plans. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
