Strategy and Growth Manager

The Strategy & Growth Manager role is a hybrid position where you will work closely with the founders and leadership on strategic initiatives, special projects, investments, and operations. This position provides exposure across all aspects of scaling a high-growth company, similar to an Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Your key responsibilities will include supporting in defining and executing the company's strategic priorities, conducting market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies for new business initiatives, and identifying growth opportunities. You will also be involved in coordinating cross-functional projects, driving SOPs, processes, and systems development, and drafting high-quality decks, briefs, and communication for investors, board members, and partners. As part of the Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) Projects, you will take ownership of high-impact business set up journeys, build business cases, and roadmaps for business growth, and partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to test and scale new initiatives. Additionally, you will liaise with investors, strategic partners, and senior leadership, maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations, and ensure effective internal communication. You will be responsible for tracking company OKRs, KPIs, and project milestones, preparing performance reports for leadership and the board, and ensuring accountability within teams. The qualifications for this role include a Top B School MBA or someone with proven pedigree, 2+ years in top-tier management consulting, strategy, program management, startup operations, or similar roles, proven ability to handle executive-level projects with discretion and independence, and exposure to startup culture and scaling challenges is highly desirable.,
