Strategic Sales Manager

Job Description

Responsible for delivering sales plans and quotas across assigned geography in alignment with business objectives. Manage several P&L units and support the expansion of the customer base across the region. Achieve targeted sales growth for Strategic Accounts while ensuring profitability. Develop and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with internal technical and business teams. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while exploring new business opportunities to expand the portfolio. Analyze market trends and provide insights to guide the sales strategy and execution. Partner with regional stakeholders to drive key Global & Strategic Account activities. Provide regular feedback on sales activities and customer insights to enhance service delivery. Engage in trade shows and conferences to promote product offerings and gather market intelligence. Education Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience Minimum of six (6) years of commercial sales experience, including experience managing multiple P&L units. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans successfully. Experience working in a technical environment is advantageous. Skills Strong business acumen with the ability to drive results and exceed targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships at all levels.
