About The Role
Job Title Strategic Programs Manager
Must Have : Strategic Procurement Expertise (non-tactical, non-P2P), Project Management, Effective Communication, Stakeholder Management, Analytical & Commercial Acumen, Global Stakeholder Exposure, Strategic Project Leadership
Good to have :Category Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Risk Management, Sustainable Procurement (ESG), Procurement tools & systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP, BI), Team Management
Experience:11-15 years
Key accountabilities:

Assist in updating Category Governance frameworks, templates, and guidance materials for the Category community.

Support the adoption of Category Governance standards and best practices across global procurement teams.

Collaborate with Category, SRM and allied functions as required on Category Governance initiatives and programs.

Support the tracking and reporting of category and supplier management KPIs and compliance metrics.

Assist in the preparation of regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Participate in periodic reviews of category and supplier management activities to stay apprised of relevant category activities, including successes, escalations, challenges, etc.

Help organize stakeholder feedback sessions and consolidate inputs for action planning.

Contribute to governance improvement initiatives by collecting insights, documenting opportunities, and proposing enhancements to tools or processes.

Support Office of the CEO briefing process via the compilation of 360 supplier summaries using the relevant tools and data sources.

Working knowledge of Procurement policies, processes, and tools

Strong understanding of Category Management and Supplier Relationship Management

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

Strong data and analytics skills

Excellent communication (written and oral) skills

Commitment to quality delivery

Consistent attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously

Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
