 About The Role  
Job Title Strategic Programs Manager
Must Have : Strategic Procurement Expertise (non-tactical, non-P2P), Project Management, Effective Communication, Stakeholder Management, Analytical & Commercial Acumen, Global Stakeholder Exposure, Strategic Project Leadership
Good to have :Category Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Risk Management, Sustainable Procurement (ESG), Procurement tools & systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP, BI), Team Management
Experience:11-15 years
Key accountabilities:
  • Assist in updating Category Governance frameworks, templates, and guidance materials for the Category community.
  • Support the adoption of Category Governance standards and best practices across global procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with Category, SRM and allied functions as required on Category Governance initiatives and programs.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of category and supplier management KPIs and compliance metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Participate in periodic reviews of category and supplier management activities to stay apprised of relevant category activities, including successes, escalations, challenges, etc.
  • Help organize stakeholder feedback sessions and consolidate inputs for action planning.
  • Contribute to governance improvement initiatives by collecting insights, documenting opportunities, and proposing enhancements to tools or processes.
  • Support Office of the CEO briefing process via the compilation of 360 supplier summaries using the relevant tools and data sources.

  • Working knowledge of Procurement policies, processes, and tools
  • Strong understanding of Category Management and Supplier Relationship Management
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

  • Commitment to quality delivery
  • Consistent attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
