Job Description

As a Strategic Programs Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic procurement initiatives and ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in updating Category Governance frameworks, templates, and guidance materials for the Category community. - Supporting the adoption of Category Governance standards and best practices across global procurement teams. - Collaborating with Category, SRM, and allied functions on Category Governance initiatives and programs. - Tracking and reporting category and supplier management KPIs and compliance metrics. - Preparing regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders. - Participating in periodic reviews of category and supplier management activities to stay informed of relevant category activities. - Organizing stakeholder feedback sessions and consolidating inputs for action planning. - Contributing to governance improvement initiatives by collecting insights, documenting opportunities, and proposing enhancements to tools or processes. - Supporting the Office of the CEO briefing process by compiling 360 supplier summaries using relevant tools and data sources. In addition to the key responsibilities, the qualifications required for this role include: - Strategic procurement expertise (non-tactical, non-P2P) - Project management skills - Effective communication abilities - Stakeholder management experience - Analytical and commercial acumen - Global stakeholder exposure - Strategic project leadership capabilities It would be beneficial to have the following skills as well: - Category management knowledge - Supplier relationship management experience - Risk management expertise - Sustainable procurement (ESG) understanding - Proficiency in procurement tools & systems such as Ariba, Coupa, SAP, BI - Team management skills With 11-15 years of experience, you are well-positioned to excel in this role and contribute significantly to our company's strategic procurement initiatives.,
