The main responsibilities of the position include designing and implementing processes and solutions for analyzing various data sets to support informed business decisions. This involves examining structured and unstructured data from different sources to gain insights into key business deliverables. The role requires utilizing current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations for management based on the available information. Additionally, the job involves leveraging data, statistical, and quantitative analysis to drive decision-making processes. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of US Enterprise Pricing/SAM Pricing aligned with commercial strategy to achieve revenue objectives. They should have strong business planning and financial modeling skills, along with at least 4+ years of experience working on all US OpCos Pricing such as FXE, FXG, FXF. The candidate must be able to provide recommendations on a broad range of critical business topics, coach and mentor team members on pricing proposals, and have extensive experience in working on complex pricing bids for US Enterprise/SAM customers. Furthermore, the individual should be a thought leader with a strategic mindset, a global business outlook, and ideally have completed AIM/Ilead. An MBA in Marketing/Finance from a top-tier institute is required for this role. The responsibilities under the Commercial domain include working closely with sales and marketing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies, analyzing customer transactional data to optimize product/service offerings, and developing pricing analysis policies and procedures. The candidate should have a good understanding of pricing models, revenue structures, and cost analysis to provide recommendations to the commercial organization with supporting analysis. Moreover, stakeholder management, process transformation, analytical solutions, project management, and behavioral skills are crucial aspects of the role. Overall, the position requires someone with strong analytical and project management skills, the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions and time zones, and a customer-focused approach. The candidate should be adept at developing and implementing process improvements, transforming business processes for enhanced efficiency, and identifying relevant KPIs for business performance. Additionally, the individual should demonstrate behavioral skills such as curiosity to learn new skills, adaptability to varied assignments, self-initiative to drive business enhancements, and a collaborative attitude towards teamwork.
