About the Role The primary focus of this role is to establish a planning discipline within ADK India and spearhead new business initiatives in collaboration with a dedicated New Business Development (NBD) team. Currently, there is limited access to planning and planning techniques within ADK India, and this role aims to address that gap. As a part of the leadership team, you will play a key role in defining the agency's roadmap for the next three years. Working closely with the leadership team, you will identify potential areas and services to present to both prospective and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include setting specific goals aligned with the agency's strategic direction, meeting revenue targets, and providing team support when needed. Furthermore, you will be tasked with shaping the tone and approach for new business pitches and crafting brand strategies for existing major clients. Responsibilities - Establish a planning discipline within ADK India offices. - Drive new business initiatives in collaboration with a dedicated NBD team. - Identify potential areas and services to propose to prospective and existing clients. - Set specific goals in alignment with the agency's strategic direction. - Meet revenue targets and provide team support as required. - Define the tone and approach for new business pitches. - Craft brand strategies for existing major clients.
