Strategic Planner

As a mid-level Strategic Planner, your role will involve uncovering powerful insights, crafting compelling narratives, and collaborating with creatives to bring big, bold ideas to life. You will be responsible for working on brand building, advertising, marketing campaigns, and digital experiences for a diverse range of clients, including both established Indian brands and emerging global players. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategic direction for branding, marketing, and communication programs encompassing both digital and mainline channels. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, design, and business units to formulate strategies that yield long-term impact. - Write insightful and inspiring briefs that effectively translate ideas into compelling creative work. - Partner with creatives to shape comprehensive 360 ideas spanning brand worlds, digital campaigns, on-ground activations, and more. - Uncover consumer and cultural insights through a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. - Translate complex data into simple narratives and frameworks for strategic purposes. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging media to enhance strategic thinking. - Contribute to new business initiatives and pitch efforts to drive growth. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3-5 years of strategy experience in an agency, brand, or consultancy setting. - Proficiency in understanding the Indian consumer landscape and ability to leverage meaningful insights. - Fluent in digital strategy and well-versed with the evolving media mix. - Strong presentation and storytelling skills, both in written form and during interactions. - Enjoy collaborative work environments while being capable of taking ownership and driving projects independently. - Maintain a curious, analytical, and culturally attuned mindset.
