Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform strategic decisions. Analyze business performance metrics, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights. Support business case development for new initiatives, investments, or projects. Monitor progress of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with goals. Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior management and board meetings. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging business opportunities. Contribute to long-term scenario planning, forecasting, and organizational planning processes. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or related field (Master’s preferred). 3–7 years of experience in strategy, business planning, management consulting, or related roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools. Preferred Skills Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy roles. Knowledge of financial modeling, market analysis, and performance metrics. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet). Strategic thinker with business acumen and commercial awareness.
