Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with luxury wedding venues, planners, designers, and influencers
• Represent Novella at premium events, exhibitions, and high-profile gatherings in India and abroad
• Actively generate new business leads and convert them into high-value clients
• Position Novella as the premier luxury wedding brand through strategic partnerships and brand storytelling
• Work closely with the marketing team to align collaborations with brand campaigns
• Attend client meetings, both pre-event and post-event, ensuring a luxury client experience at every touchpoint
• Be open to flexible schedules, including weekends and travel for events and collaborations

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years’ experience in luxury sales, brand partnerships, or client relationship management (wedding, fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle preferred)
• A strong network in the luxury wedding or lifestyle industry is highly desirable
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to generate revenue through partnerships and client acquisition
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with elite clientele
• Flexibility to travel frequently and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
