A growth mindset, the ability to lead and build trust across all levels of organizations, and knowledge within the industry are essential qualifications. A bachelor's degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent) is strongly preferred. Key profile capabilities and behaviors required for success in this role include being a Sales Achiever who understands digital transformation drivers and customer priorities, a Digital Transformation Driver who anticipates market changes to drive industry-relevant solutions, a Solution Seller who identifies customer business challenges and offers Microsoft solutions, a Sales Challenger who continuously builds industry and technical knowledge, and a Deal Orchestrator with a proven track record of leading strategic negotiations. Additionally, having executive presence and exceptional communication skills to develop and maintain relationships at the C-Level and above are crucial in this position.,
