Strategic Partnership Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Partnership & Institutional Engagement

   • Strategic Outreach:

     Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with nursing colleges, paramedical institutes, and training schools.

   • Partnership Development:

     Negotiate and formalize

     MoUs (Memorandums of Understanding)

     and

     placement partnerships

     to become a preferred recruitment

   • Stakeholder Management:

     Serve as the primary point of contact for college management, principals, HODs, and placement officers.

   • Value Proposition:

     Articulate the mutual benefits of the partnership, including enhanced placement opportunities for students and access to a qualified talent pool for the institution.

2. Performance & Relationship Management

   • Dual-Focus Metrics:

     Track and report on both B2B (number of partnerships signed, institutions engaged) KPIs.

   • Dashboard Management:

     Maintain a clear dashboard in CRM/spreadsheets for partnerships and candidate funnel.

   • Strategic Reporting:

     Provide insights to management on partnership effectiveness and candidate conversion trends.
