  • Product Development:

  • Portfolio Strategy:

2. Downstream Marketing:

  • Market Launches:

    Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans for new products, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Marketing Collateral:

    Oversee the creation of engaging and impactful content, including product catalogs, brochures, presentations, and training materials.
  • Marketing Communication:

    Craft and deliver compelling messaging across all channels to build brand equity and drive sales.

3. Digital Marketing:

  • Strategy Execution:

    Implement digital campaigns, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing, to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Content Marketing:

    Develop and manage content such as blogs, webinars, and case studies to engage healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Performance Optimization:

    Utilize analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance, ensuring ROI-driven strategies.

4. Medico-Marketing and Medical Education Programs:

  • Program Design:

    Create and manage medical education initiatives to ensure the safe and effective use of knee and hip implants, targeting surgeons, allied healthcare professionals, and clinical staff.
  • Clinical Engagement:

    Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to develop clinical support materials, training workshops, and case study repositories.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure all medical marketing content and educational programs adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards.

5. Clinical Program Design:

  • Design and oversee clinical programs to generate robust evidence supporting product safety, efficacy, and performance.
