Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Support in hiring and in the documentation process for all new hires.
  • Validate submitted documents and coordinate with candidates for missing information.
  • Release offer letters promptly to ensure on-time onboarding.
  • Provide end-to-end onboarding support for new hires.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment in hiring.
  • Manage recruitment drives, including bulk hiring events, to meet sales team requirements.
  • Maintain accurate hiring records and track onboarding milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven expertise in bulk hiring and onboarding processes preferably in Pharma industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
