Role Overview

The Strategic Executive will serve as the operational backbone of The Travel Library, supporting the Founder in day-to-day administration, client coordination, vendor communications, and internal workflow management. This role demands a poised, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-touch luxury environment and understands the nuances of working with UHNWIs, elite brands, and global tastemakers.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Support

• Manage Founder’s calendar, travel schedules, and meeting coordination

• Prepare polished executive summaries, presentations, and branded documents

• Handle confidential communications with discretion and professionalism

• Administrative Excellence

• Oversee office operations, vendor follow-ups, and internal documentation

•Maintain organized digital filing systems and MIS dashboards

•Track expenses, invoices, and client/vendor payments with precision

•Client & Vendor Liaison

•Coordinate with luxury hospitality partners, venues, and service providers

•Draft and refine WhatsApp/email communications in brand tone

•Ensure timely follow-ups and seamless client experience

Workflow & Brand Alignment

• Assist in proposal formatting, visual refinement, and branded templates

• Support internal team with tools for tracking bookings, finances, and deliverables

• Uphold brand standards across all touchpoints internally and external

Experience

Communication Impeccable written and verbal skills; polished, client-facing demeanor

Aesthetic Sense Strong eye for detail, formatting, and brand-aligned presentation
