Job Description

As a Strategic Delivery Partner in MedTech & Healthcare, your role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution strategy and service delivery to customers. You will work closely with the Client Partner to exceed customer expectations and drive revenue generation for organizational growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with the CP and VDL to scale the account effectively - Set up core product development teams from Incubation to quality management - Manage end-to-end product life cycle in medical device domain - Oversee delivery execution worldwide with a large workforce - Establish and manage the delivery team, focusing on hiring and capability building - Make decisions to maximize customer benefit in project execution - Monitor KPIs for timely delivery and quality - Ensure talent acquisition effectiveness - Identify and mitigate risks in business operations - Manage conflicts and escalations within the unit - Monitor financial performance including revenue and contribution margin - Support SCP on strategy and Big Deals - Develop local-global solutions and operationalize them effectively - Build strong customer relationships at senior levels - Develop and implement a Delivery contact plan for staff - Report to VDL/Engineering Leader within the vertical - Lead specific initiatives for business growth - Coordinate and support cross-functional team collaboration **Qualifications Required:** - Deep domain knowledge of MedTech & Healthcare products - Strong relationships with technical managers and customers - Experience in engineering processes and product life-cycle management - Commercial skills including negotiating and sales strategy - Familiarity with global remote team environments - Proven ability to grow businesses profitably - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Results-driven, high energy, and strategic thinker This role requires a candidate with demonstrated expertise in product lifecycle management, global team handling, and sales management. You should have a solid understanding of MedTech / Healthcare domain and be capable of inspiring confidence as a trusted partner to key customers. Your ability to foresee challenges, manage risks, and drive delivery-led growth will be critical for success in this position.,
