About the Role:

BDE / Account Manager

This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, coordinating with internal tech teams, and ensuring smooth communication and project satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture ongoing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by regularly communicating with them to gather feedback, address concerns, and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure project expectations and timelines are met.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including new service or skill requirements from existing clients.
  • Support the sales process by closing renewals and additional service deals.
  • Prepare and send invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain billing accuracy.
  • Maintain CRM records, client communication logs, and project updates.
  • Participate in review meetings and present account status reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 4 years of experience as a

    BDE

    /

    Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager

    in an

    IT services or software development

    company.
  • Proven track record of

    closing sales deals

    and managing client accounts.
  • Excellent

    verbal and written communication skills

    .
  • Experience communicating with clients across

    US, Canada, UK, and Europe

    time zones.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and IT services delivery.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualities:

  • A customer-first mindset with problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
