Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an STP Operator specializing in MBBR & MBR Technology, located in Vasai. The STP Operator will oversee the operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plants, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring and adjusting systems, troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate records, and performing routine servicing of equipment. The role may also involve reporting operational data and coordinating with other team members to ensure efficient plant functionality.

Qualifications

• Experience with operating and maintaining MBBR and MBR technology systems
• Strong technical knowledge related to sewage treatment plants and water treatment processes
• Skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and understanding mechanical systems
• Ability to perform equipment maintenance and conduct system tests as required
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in the wastewater treatment industry
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or training in wastewater treatment or related fields are an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
