Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Story boarder to translate academic scripts and educational concepts into compelling visual narratives. As part of our content and media team, you will play a key role in shaping the way students perceive and retain complex ideas through visualization and story flow

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret scripts and instructional content into clear, engaging storyboards for explainer videos, animations, or interactive lessons.
• Define scene structure, framing, camera angles, transitions, and motion to ensure visual coherence and learning emphasis.
• Work closely with scriptwriters, instructional designers, subject experts, and animators to align on vision, tone, and accuracy.
• Contribute ideas for visual metaphors, analogies, and storytelling elements to make abstract or complex subjects easier to understand.
• Incorporate feedback from creative leads and subject teams to iterate on storyboards and maintain educational integrity.
• Ensure consistency with the company’s design language, visual standards, and pedagogical goals.

What we are looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in storyboarding, preferably for educational content, e-learning, animation, or explainer videos.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create storyboards across various subjects and tones.
• Excellent sketching and illustration skills (digital or traditional).
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Storyboard Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual transitions.
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into visual form.
• Experience working in ed-tech, instructional content, or curriculum-based animation.
• Familiarity with motion design and animation workflows.
