Key Responsibilities

  • Client Collaboration & Narrative Development:

    Work directly with clients to understand their vision and goals, then develop and write engaging scripts and narrative content for various platforms, including documentaries, corporate videos, and digital content.
  • Social Media Content:

    Create compelling, concise, and shareable stories and posts specifically for social media platforms to increase engagement and brand presence.
  • Brand Communication:

    Ensure all content effectively communicates the client's brand values and message without being explicitly promotional, focusing on building a positive reputation.
  • Visual Storytelling:

    Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure the written narrative is complemented by strong visual elements, creating a cohesive and impactful final product.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Empathetic Communication:

    The ability to listen actively, understand client needs, and build trust-based relationships.
  • Exceptional Storytelling:

    A proven track record of crafting compelling narratives that captivate and engage an audience.
  • Brand & PR Acumen:

    Expertise in creating non-advertisement content that builds a brand's reputation and fosters positive public perception.
  • Writing Excellence:

    Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Visual Acumen:

    An understanding of how design and visual content can enhance a written story.
  • Social Media Savvy:

    Experience in creating content tailored for various social media platforms.
  • Organizational Prowess:

    Excellent time-management and project coordination skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Bonus Experience

  • Experience in a creative agency or production company.

  • Background in journalism, public relations, or documentary filmmaking.

  • Familiarity with scriptwriting software and industry-standard formatting.
