As a Storyteller at Josh Talks, you will play a crucial role in enriching the narrative and content curation of our YouTube channel. Collaborating across content creation, marketing, and production teams, you will have the opportunity to significantly enhance the presence and impact of Josh Talks. Your responsibilities will include crafting engaging narratives, content, and marketing materials for Josh Talks, conducting in-depth research on market trends and competitor content, and writing compelling copy for various platforms to captivate the audience. Analyzing data to derive insights for content and marketing strategies, managing a content calendar, identifying and engaging speakers, and curating content that resonates with the audience's interests and needs will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have prior experience in writing effective copies, analyzing and curating different types of content, and designing thumbnails and marketing collateral. A creative mindset, proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and YouTube Studio, as well as structured thinking to solve complex problems, will be essential. Additionally, strong networking skills to collaborate with speakers and bring new talent on board are required. Preferred qualifications include at least 1 year of experience in scriptwriting for YouTube videos, a keen interest in creating content for tier-2 and beyond India, and proficiency in tools like Google Sheets and Forms.
