• Proven experience in managing a FMCG premium brands
• Polite and Friendly.
• Smart, Presentable & Smiling Personality.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day store operations.
2. Handling the sales and assist the customers with the merchandise.
3. Responsible for the stores- sales target achievement.
4. Maintaining proper records/MIS and update management on timely basis
5. Attention to Visual merchandising, Replenishment and Maintenance of the store.
6. Handling and solving customer complaints.
7. Helping customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.
8. Maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
