Stores Executive Chemical Plant

Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials. Maintain accurate stock records, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), and issue registers. Maintain documentation of inward/outward materials, GRN, stock registers, and related MIS reports. Ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals in compliance with statutory and company guidelines. Implement inventory control practices (FIFO/FEFO) and conduct periodic stock audits. Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts for timely material flow. Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking. Prepare and maintain MIS reports on inventory, stock levels, and consumption. Monitor housekeeping and safety measures in the store area.

Key Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (specialization in Materials Management preferred). 2 to 4 years of experience in stores/warehouse management; chemical industry experience is an added advantage. Knowledge of inventory control systems, ERP/SAP/Tally is an advantage. Familiarity with chemical handling, storage norms, and safety protocols. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
