Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Upkeep of Storage Area
Generation and completion of Goods Receipt Note for Owned Stock and Customer Goods Receipt for Customer Stock within time lines prescribed
Receipt and Storage of Aircraft Spares/ Tools/ Equipment & ESDS components as per Manufacturers storage conditions
To carry our Quality inspection of aircraft spares, material, tools and equipment as per the regulations and company policies and issue Acceptance Tag.
Generation of Discrepancy Report and Rejection Note for qualitative/ quantitative discrepancies of Goods receipts.
Liaison with SEZ for clearance of receipt/ despatch of stores
Accounting of unserviceable components removed from Aircrafts and return to Customer.
Record of environmental control data of storage area
Preparation of Shelf Life expiry items list for the following month and daily monitoring.
Carryout Stock Audit at the prescribed intervals
Issue of spares/ materials against authorized material requests.
Despatch of Tools & Equipment to Repair/ Calibration agency on time and monitoring
Supervisory checks of Storage Area weekly.
Record Keeping. Filing of Goods Receipt Notes/ Customer Goods Receipt/ Issue documents
