Role Overview: The Storeperson will be responsible for managing inventory and stock control of skincare equipment, consumables, and related products across the clinics. This role ensures smooth inward and outward movement of goods, accurate documentation, and maintenance of hygiene and standards in the store area. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock (skincare products, medical consumables, tools, equipment). Maintain accurate inventory records and perform daily/weekly stock counts. Issue materials to staff as per requisition or roster. Monitor stock levels and notify management for reordering low-stock items. Ensure proper labeling, FIFO/LIFO practices, and storage conditions. Assist with GRN (Goods Received Note) and stock reconciliation. Coordinate with procurement and clinic teams to ensure timely availability of supplies. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store area. Handle documentation for dispatches to different clinic branches or vendors. Assist during audits and ensure compliance with SOPs. Skills & Qualifications: Basic knowledge of inventory management systems/software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move moderately heavy packages. Good communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with stock handling hygiene and safety protocols. Working Conditions: Full-time, based at central store/warehouse or clinic. May involve occasional travel to nearby clinics for stock movement.
