Job Description

Job Overview:

Raw Materials (RM)

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and document all RM, PM, and FG as per SOPs.
Maintain real-time inventory records in ERP or stock management system.
Implement FIFO / FEFO practices to manage shelf life and traceability.
Organize and label materials for easy identification and retrieval.
Ensure safe storage of materials with adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
Coordinate with production, QA, and dispatch teams to ensure timely material flow.
Monitor stock levels and generate reordering alerts.
Conduct periodic physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Prepare stock and movement reports for internal audits and management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 12th Pass, Graduate/ Diploma in Inventory Management or Logistics preferred.
2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical/ cosmetic/ FMCG environment.
Knowledge of ERP systems and Excel is a must.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with regulatory and GMP compliance is a plus.
