Store Supervisor

You will be responsible for the full operational control of the store at Times Audio located at Road no.2 Jubilee Hills. This includes owning client interactions, conducting product demonstrations, driving sales conversions, training staff, executing tasks, and maintaining employee discipline. All store responsibilities and daily deliverables will flow through your role. Your core responsibilities will include managing client interactions to ensure high-quality product demonstrations, driving sales performance to achieve revenue targets, supervising and motivating staff for peak productivity, enforcing discipline to prevent idleness, allocating and monitoring daily tasks, maintaining operational order and cleanliness, and acting as the single point of accountability for all in-store functions.
