As a Store Shop Supervisor, your role involves managing the day-to-day store operations, including material loading, unloading, material issue to the shop floor, and managing store inventory. You will be accountable for ensuring safety, customer quality, and delivery requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate store material movement to the shop floor and subcontracting material movement supply to vendors - Create and print RQ, post through SAP, monitor daily material issues - Maintain documentation related to Assembly RQ, transfer of projects, and proper Excel records - Provide daily updates of RQs to OM, Assembly supervisor, and SCM procurement team - Allocate material RQ to various functions and update concerned teams - Reconcile vendor accounts as necessary - Coordinate BOP items issue to packing team and update SCM team - Conduct Inventory Audits (Half yearly/Perpetual) including physical verification of stores material - Coordinate with Incoming Material team for smooth material supply - Coordinate with Internal logistics team for smooth internal shifting movement - Maintain records of hold project materials and utilize them in upcoming projects Qualifications Required: - Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree - Extensive factory-level experience with proven team supervisory experience - Familiarity with Steam Turbine and its components - Thorough knowledge and practical experience of Stores and its processes - Familiarity with steam turbine drawings - Knowledge of SAP - Ability to act decisively and solve staff, material, or equipment-related problems - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office software applications - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills - Ability to work under pressure and multitask - Competency in problem-solving, team building, planning, and decision-making - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members As a Store Shop Supervisor, your role involves managing the day-to-day store operations, including material loading, unloading, material issue to the shop floor, and managing store inventory.
