Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily store operations, including inbound and outbound order management. Ensure on-time order fulfillment and high accuracy in picking and dispatch. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for replenishment. Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational discipline in the store. Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve operational targets. Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and audit requirements. Track and report key performance metrics such as productivity, shrinkage, and attendance. Manage shift schedules and allocate manpower as per business needs. Coordinate with delivery executives and logistics teams for smooth last-mile operations.
