Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at The Fern Residency. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in store management or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of store staff to ensure efficient operations.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Train and develop new employees to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
