Position: Store Staff (CSA) Job Timing: 6AM to 4PM, 10AM to 8PM and 12PM to 10PM Shift: Rotational Shift Working Hours: 10 Hours Only Male candidates are preferred Job Location: 3, Rifle Range Rd, Block 1, Jatindas Nagar, Belghoria, Kolkata, West Bengal 700056 Immediate Joiners are preferred Roles & Responsibilities of Store Staff in a Retail Store 👇 Customer Service: Greet customers and assist them with their needs. Provide product information and guidance. Handle complaints and resolve customer issues politely. Sales Support: Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. Inform customers about ongoing offers and promotions. Ensure proper product display to attract buyers. Store Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store. Assist in opening and closing procedures. Follow company policies and standard operating procedures. Merchandising & Stock Management Replenish shelves and ensure stock availability. Check expiry dates and product conditions. Assist in inventory counting and stock audits. Billing & Cash Handling Operate POS (Point of Sale) system for billing. Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately. Maintain proper records of sales and returns. Teamwork Coordinate with colleagues and managers to ensure smooth store functioning. Support in promotional events and campaigns. Share feedback about customer preferences with management. Loss Prevention & Safety Prevent shoplifting by being attentive. Follow safety guidelines for store operations. Report any suspicious activities or issues immediately.
