Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Independently manage site store operations at construction projects.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Conduct regular stock verification and maintain minimum stock levels.
Coordinate with site engineers, purchase, and accounts teams for smooth material flow.
Ensure timely material availability without delays in site execution.
Handle documentation GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and reports.
Prevent material wastage, theft, and pilferage through proper checks.
Ensure compliance with company policies for storage and inventory control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate / construction store management.
Knowledge of ERP / MS Excel for inventory handling.
Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to manage site store operations independently.
