Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Independently manage site store operations at construction projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Conduct regular stock verification and maintain minimum stock levels.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, purchase, and accounts teams for smooth material flow.
  • Ensure timely material availability without delays in site execution.
  • Handle documentation GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and reports.
  • Prevent material wastage, theft, and pilferage through proper checks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies for storage and inventory control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Diploma preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate / construction store management.
  • Knowledge of ERP / MS Excel for inventory handling.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage site store operations independently.
