Job Description

Preparation of Project Schedule (Tools used: Zoho Projects, MS Excel, MS Project, etc.,) covering the entire scope and within defined timelines
Periodical project planning readjustment and rescheduling
Updating and monitoring weekly and monthly project progress and priorities with the help of the Project Management Team, Engineering/ Construction Manager.
Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly updates of the project along with the project responsible
Perform regular analysis of all schedule trends, in case of deviations revise the schedules to meet the set targets
Prepare cash flow analysis i.e. expected billing (cash inflow) vs expected cash outflow
Coordinate with various departments like Engineering, Procurement, Contracts), quality & Commissioning Departments.
Prepare variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance usually Earned Value Method (EVM) is used for this) at various stages of the project to analyze deviations
Prepare various strategies for all planning activities for projects.
Forecast financial requirements during that period in coordination with the estimation department.
Prepare required reports and presentations for all regulatory agencies.
