Role & responsibilities Objective of the role To achieve the monthly sales Gross Margin and collection Budgets assigned to the area as per the KPI targets. To develop a well-defined network of ABCD ( Architects, Builders, Contractors and Developers) customers to meet the current and future needs of the company ,in the assigned area. Key Areas of Responsibility ESSENTIAL Achieving the sales and Gross margin targets through proactive engagement of well-defined list of existing and new ABCD customers and Providing required specification & onsite support leading to closing the sale logically . To actively identify, develop, provide training and engage a network of applicators as per targets. To closely interact with the concerned regional Specification teams to help provide specification/ Tech support to the Small & Medium Builders/ Industry To establish and maintain good working relations with distributors/SFA / Applicators to gain support and service To Plan and roll out training programs and promotional meets to the Applicators, ABCD Customers and site engineers regularly. Implement Applicator engagement programs effectively. Role & responsibilities ESSENTIAL To prepare the Goods Receipt Notes of incoming goods, invoices and other documents related to dispatch. Arrange the stocks (a) to locate and retrieve easily (b) ensure housekeeping and tidiness in stores to avoid any accidents due to leakages/spillages etc. To ensure proper identification of RMs, PMs/FGs and TGs for their timely issues and safe loading for dispatch. To ensure timely dispatch of Finished Goods and Free samples to the customers following FIFO strictly. To move material to and from external warehouses for effective utilisation of storage space available Inventory management of stocks and taking proactive steps to minimize them and to reduce the Slow moving and Non-moving items. To ensure minimum discrepancy between system(DAX) and physical stocks by periodically carrying out stock checks so as to ensure minimum differences at year end. SECONDARY To send ROL statements of FG/TG to the sales coordinators and coordination with planning and logistics coordinators for daily dispatches based on the clear orders available. Record the transactions to know the stocks position on day-to-day basis.
