Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily store operations
• Lead, train, and motivate sales staff to meet performance goals
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure visual merchandising and cleanliness standards are maintained
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and expense reports
• Manage billing, cash handling, and store accounts
• Coordinate with the head office on promotions, targets, and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 experience as a Store Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of retail operations and customer service
• Basic knowledge of billing and stock management systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Qualification: Minimum +2 or Degree preferred
• Language: Proficiency in English and Malayalam

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
