Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and floor management.
Oversee retail operations to meet sales targets while ensuring effective shrinkage control.
Implement strategies for visual merchandising, customer service, and staff supervision to maintain high store standards.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
Analyze store data to identify trends and implement improvements for better performance.
Ensure NPS (Net Promoter Score) maintenance and follow up with existing customers.
Monitor and achieve monthly targets for average bill value in the store.

Preferred candidate profile

5-10 years of experience in the optics or related field, with a preference for experience in the eyewear industry.
Strong knowledge of eyecare products and opticals.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
